In 8th Grade Social Studies we have looked at how quickly the United States grew and industrialized and are now seeing how we have become a world power. We will look at other countries and their struggles for world power as we as begin our unit on World War I – the war to end all - and the MAIN reasons for the war.
Just a reminder that once a week we work on geography. Every student should have their own Rand McNally Notebook Atlas. The atlas is to be used to answer the weekly ten questions that are due every Friday and count as a quiz toward their Social Studies grade.
