As Principal, it is my pleasure to oversee the educational experience for the Saint Thomas Aquinas School community. We are constantly reflecting on current practices while continuing to research new methods in an effort to ensure we are providing each and every student with the best possible educational experience. We follow the curriculum guidelines set forth by the Diocese of Manchester school department and the New Hampshire Department of Education curriculum frameworks. Our planning and execution of instruction that is focused on the student as an individual learner. We are proud of our students who graduate from Saint Thomas Aquinas School fully prepared to compete at the high school level with a solid foundation in the academic fundamentals. The joy and excitement our students embrace as they continue their educational and spiritual journey as life-long learners is what sets our students apart.
Our school has a special dimension of spiritual growth. It is our objective to provide each student the academic knowledge, social skills, self-confidence, and spiritual guidance needed to be a productive and respectful member of our community. Our classrooms foster a culture of respect for each individual student as a unique creation of God. Respect and responsibility are traits that are visibly present in our teaching and learning throughout the school. Student behavior is expected to model these ideals in various ways based on the teachings of Christ and the Catholic Church.
Saint Thomas Aquinas School fully recognizes the team effort needed for this to be a success. We are blessed with a community of dedicated staff, supportive parents, and exceptional students. We encourage our community members to be involved in this educational journey and greatly encourage parents to be active participants in their child’s education.
Thank you for taking the time to visit with us. We would be happy to schedule a tour at your convenience and you may contact the office for more information.

Paul Rakiey, Principal
